1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing CasaMax, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, students, landlords, and agents who use the service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the platform.
2. Landlord Provisions
Listing Accuracy
Landlords must provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information regarding property amenities, location, and pricing. Misleading listings will result in immediate account suspension.
Free Tier & Optional Subscriptions
Landlords receive complimentary access to basic platform features including property listing and tenant communication. Premium subscriptions are entirely optional and provide enhanced visibility, analytics, and priority support. Payments processed through Paynow for premium features are non-refundable once the service is activated.
Property Verification
Landlords agree to undergo a verification process, which may include providing deeds, ID, and utility bills. CasaMax reserves the right to reject any property that fails safety standards.
2.5 Agent Provisions
Agent Authorization
Agents act as intermediaries between landlords and students. Agents must have written authorization from property owners before listing any properties on CasaMax. Unauthorized listings will result in immediate account termination.
Commission & Fee Transparency
Agents must clearly disclose their commission rates and any additional fees to prospective tenants before any transaction. Hidden fees or misleading pricing will result in account suspension.
Professional Conduct
Agents are expected to maintain professional standards in all communications with students and landlords. Any reports of misconduct, harassment, or fraudulent activity will be investigated and may lead to permanent platform ban.
3. Student & User Conduct
Students using the platform for accommodation searches agree to:
- Use the platform only for legitimate housing inquiries and not for data scraping or harassment.
- Verify all property details in person before making payments. CasaMax is an information provider and does not hold security deposits.
4. Limitation of Liability
CasaMax is not responsible for any disputes, damages, or losses resulting from rental agreements made between students and landlords. We provide the connection; the legal contract of lease is solely between the two parties.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
