- Verifying the legitimacy of property listings to protect students from fraud.
- Facilitating communication between verified landlords and high-intent student leads.
- Processing subscription renewals and property management features.

You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to request that we rectify any inaccuracies, or to request the deletion of your account and all associated data.

Verification Scope & Limitations
CasaMax verification is point-in-time, not continuous.
When CasaMax marks a listing as "Verified," it means a member of our team has physically confirmed the property, the landlord's identity, and the listing details at the time of inspection. We do not continuously re-inspect properties. Conditions, ownership, or landlord details may change after verification.
CasaMax does not represent, warrant, or guarantee that:
- Any property is currently in the condition described at the time of our inspection.
- A landlord retains ownership of a property after the date of verification.
- Listings marked "Pending Verification" have been reviewed by our team — these are agent-submitted and awaiting administrative approval.
